Mirko is the chef. Justyna is front of house. They are an ebullient, happy couple, dedicated to the happiness of their customers. Their own happiness comes through in every aspect of their restaurant. BTW, the address has changed -- it is now located at Plac Bernardynski 1. Everything is focused on quality and value for money -- always the former, and usually the late...r. During the Pandemic they have made deliveries to any address they can reach on foot.

I Imagined an Amazing Evening…I Found it at the Imaginarium

I’m not sure if it’s the food, the people, or the music that will keep me returning to the Imaginarium. In the end, all three made this one of the most special evenings of my recent time in Europe, and I can say with great certainty I will return to Poland…because of the Imaginarium.... />
As soon as you arrive in the Imaginarium, you know something is different about the restaurant. The smells of amazing Italian food fill the room, wonderful wines line the shelves, interesting eclectic decor adds to the coziness of the brick walls, and the kind smile of the staff welcomes you to not just a restaurant, but an experience.

Once seated, the adventure begins. From the anti-pasti to the dessert and after-dinner drinks, the evening is simply a journey to Italy, led by the owners, Justyna Chesy and Mirko Vaccari. Justyna leads the travels through the wines and cuisine of the entirety of Italy, describing the tastes to come. Those tastes are created and delivered by Mirko, a master chef with an extraordinary ability to transport you from Poland to provinces of Italia. You finish the meal half expecting to walk out the door into the heart of Venice, Naples, Rome, or Florence.

Along the journey, you might be so lucky as to have Justyna sit at the piano and play something as extraordinary as the food. As you dine on homemade pastas and cheeses from the regions of Italy, Justyna will dazzle you with a rendition from Billy Joel or a classical piece, each as matched to the evening as the wine is to the meal.

Justyna, Mirko, and their staff have created a place in which you can imagine your life is complete. The food, the people, and the music combine to create an experience you will not soon forget and remind you along the way that life, as crazy as things are, is well worth living…particularly if you are able to spend an evening at the Imaginarium.

Trafiliśmy tu przypadkiem gdy zgłodnielismy będąc niedaleko. Jeden telefon żeby upewnić się czy znajdzie się miejsce na dwie pary z dziećmi w weekend w porze obiadowej. Po potwierdzeniu trafiamy na miejsce. Lokal nie duży, ale dobrze zorganizowany. Na miejscu jest kącik dla dzieci z genialną tablica kredowa gdzie dzieci bawiąc się nie muszą oczekiwać w... zniecierpliwionu na posiłki.
Obsługa kelnera - doskonała. Profesjonalny, nienachalny, ale żywo reagujący na klienta. Świetnie zna kartę menu i doskonale doradza mniej znajacym kuchnie włoska.
Pizza - doskonała, pasta - świetna. Atmosfera lokalu na duży plus.
Jak się okazało szefem kuchni jest Włoch, rzymianin
Z pewnością wrócimy, bo nie trzeba jechać do Włoch aby posmakować tamtejszych smaków.
